Oce he called Abu Muslim khawlaai ad asked him,
“Do you believe that Muhammad ﷺ is a prophet of Allah?”
Abu Muslim replied i the affirmative.
Aswad Aasi the asked, “Do you believe that I am a prophet of Allah?”
Abu Muslim Khawlaai replied i the egative. Aswad Asari the ordered that a huge fire be lit ad that he should be throw ito it. This was accordigly doe, but by the mercy of Allah Ta’ala, the fire did ot harm Abu Muslim Khawlaai رحمۃاللہ.
People the advised Aswad Aasi, “If you leave Abu Muslim Khawlaai to live here, he will cause more trouble.”
Abu Muslim Khawlaai was therefore, forced to leave Yeme. He set off for madiah. This was the time shortly after the demise of Nabi ﷺ. Abu Bakr was the khalifa. Whe Abu Muslim reached Masjidu Nabawi, he tied his coveyace ad bega performig salah close to a pillar i the masjid of Nabi ﷺ.
